Seaswirl Transferable North American 10-Year Structural Hull Limited Warranty
Seaswirl warrants to original and subsequent purchasers that it will repair structural defects in materials and workmanship in the boat hull for a period of 120 months from the first retail sale or 132 months from the date of manufacture, whichever is less. Under this warranty, Seaswirl's obligation is limited. Seaswirl, at its option, may repair or replace those hulls found defective during the warranty period. At no time shall repair or replacement cost exceed the retail market value of said boat at time of failure. The boat owner will pay return transportation cost of any kind.

Transfer of Limited Warranty
Coverage remaining under the limited warranty periods may be transferred by an authorized Seaswirl dealer to a 2nd purchaser within the applicable limited warranty period to obtain warranty service. The Seaswirl dealer will carry out the warranty procedures on the owner's behalf. All warranty work will be performed at an authorized dealer, at the Seaswirl factory or at another repair facility that Seaswirl selects. The owner is responsible for the expense associated with transporting the boat to and from the repair facility. The warranty may only be transferred once.

A request for transfer must be made by the new owner in writing to Seaswirl within 15 days of transfer. Send the former owner's registration card, if available, along with dated proof of sale and $250 (U.S.) to:

Seaswirl's issuance of a new owner's card is proof of acceptance of transfer. The new owner agrees to all items and conditions of the warranty. Only the UNUSED portion of the warranty will apply to the new owner.

North American Warranty Coverage
One-year limited warranty for defect and non-structural parts and components. 10-year hull structural limited warranty.

NOTE: All engines are covered by manufacturer's warranty. Seaswirl is not responsible for warranty on the engine or out-drive.
